Chapter 1: Burned Out to Fired Up
For Some Reason it seems that we find our selves burned out in many occasions during the day. Energy dumps, lose of focus and heavy emotion flows of either irritation or worse. What makes us grab for that "thing", that "object" or "beverage" to calm us down and providing us the relax state we are actually desire. Because my knowing is that I was not born to life a stress life...I got invited to experience stress in my life. What means I am also in control to No to this invitation. When we were born...we were taught to learn many skills. To walk, talk, achieve task to honored in new status levels true out life.....but has any one ever taught you How to Breath in a sense that its Healthy & Beneficial?.....Burned Out we get by lack of Oxygen and to much reserve of Carbon Dioxide in our body. In my book and online video series Burned Out to Fired Up you will learn Steps by Step How to Interrupt Your Energy Lack and Improve your state becoming Fired Up again!  
Chapter 2: Learn to Breath Freely 
How many times have you heard the "well ment advice" : You know...just take a Deep Breath..and you will do fine". Although the Complete Media Circus Polutes your mind with this nonsense, nobody seems to understand what the RIGHT SENTENCE should be. 
: Just Exhale out by Your Mouth As Long as You can and Let all Tention and Thoughts Go". You and Your Body will never have to Think About Will always do as long as it capable of. 

Exhaling by our Mouth is THE KEY to Experience and Implement in daily Life. Educate and train your Muscle Memory to Gently Inhale with your Nose, holding it for 2 seconds and then Exhale as long as you can and hold it for 2 seconds...To Achieve this....Learning the Key Element of Didgeridoo playing is Vital..the Result Essential to Improve the Quality of Your Life.....Learn how by Following me and subscribe to my list.
